City of Lakewood Comprehensive Plan

The City of Lakewood's Comprehensive Plan provides a roadmap for the City's future development.

The printed plan was designed as a wire-o booklet with ten tabbed sections and several fold-out maps. The back page has an inside pocket to hold extra materials, including an Action Plan document that was also designed by Underscore.

The project started with the development of a brand that could be carried across all public communications associated with the Comprehensive Plan. The graphic look developed uses warm, rich colors and photography taken around the City of Lakewood.
